What does the trial include?
Every PalCommand feature for fourteen days, on one server, across up to three Windows devices. Subscribe to run more than one server. A payment card is required, and Account shows the exact first charge date.
Why did Restart say nothing happened?
The server was not running at the moment PalCommand acted on the restart. The troubleshooting guide explains how state changes are reported.
Does the Network check prove players can connect from the internet?
No. It checks this machine: whether something is listening on the expected ports, the Windows Firewall rule exists, and any UPnP lease is current. It does not claim end-to-end internet reachability.
What does “Agent offline” mean?
The request PalCommand makes to list the servers failed. It is not a statement about any one server being offline.
Why can a crash-log folder be empty?
The Palworld server does not always leave diagnostics behind a crash on Windows. PalCommand opens the correct location, but it cannot create a game log that was never written.
Can I install an older PalDefender release?
Use Install from zip on the Mods tab for a specific archive. The version picker can install only the latest release that has a downloadable asset.
