Is a payment card required for the trial?
Yes. Checkout requires a card. It is not charged during the 7-day trial; Account shows the exact first charge date before the trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Sign in to Account and open Manage billing and cancellation. Cancel before the displayed charge date to prevent the next automatic charge.
Can I use the trial more than once?
No. One trial is available per eligible account. PalCommand confirms eligibility on the server before checkout.
How many devices can I use?
Up to three active Windows devices. Revoke an old device from Account to free a slot.
What happens if payment fails?
PalCommand enters Safety Mode. Running servers are not stopped and local worlds are not deleted; update billing from Account to restore subscription access.
